Futsal

Hello everyone!

my name is Hazri and I am the caretaker of the futsal team for the time being. I would like to invite those who are interested to play and also going for masca to pass me your details so that i can roughly see how many teams i can create. Before considering of giving me ur full name and contact details, here are the ground rules for joining the futsal team:

1) You ARE going to MASCA this year. No exception for this one and NO MAYBES. It's either a yes or no.

2) Training for futsal will be held at the same time with soccer that is:

Friday and Saturday: 4:00 p.m

* Please not that I will only choose those who COME to training without any exceptions. I do not care who you are therefore if you do not come to training, you are not part of the team.

3) Be PUNCTUAL! for training and friendlies. We are lucky enough to have our captain figuring out tactics and techniques to improve. Also to Rahmat for his fitness varieties. They have sacrificed countless of time and effort to create a better team for us therefore if you come late I WILL SCREW YOU UP NICELY and I kid you not. Should you be running late text me or call me BEFORE training/friendly.

4) Should you come late for more than 3 times without a valid reason, I will exclude you from the team.

5) If you have another event that clashes with futsal please don't bother to write me your details.

6) Upon choosing a team I will look on your ability to play with other players rather than your individual skills because they are useless to me.

7) You are more than welcome to give any pointers or opinions but the final decision will be made by our captain anas. He's been elected as the captain of the team so for that I ask all of you to give the same amount of respect he deserves.

I know some of you might think it's pretty harsh since it's just a futsal team but personally, I just think some of us lack the discipline and motivation to play for the team. If you think you are too good to come for training and friendlies, don't give me your details. I will not text or call you to ask whether you are coming or not because that should be your part and I couldn't care less if you are not interested.

Finally if you think you are up to the task then I Welcome you to the futsal campaign!

  1. Its note, you missed an 'e'.

It's football, not soccer. -.-. Are you even a fan?

I think some of us lack the ability to be more inviting. If you are looking for players I think being slightly friendlier would help you a great deal. Instead try this for a change. :)

I WILL SCREW YOU UP NICELY- I will give you a blowjob. (this encourages friendship)

... please don't bother to write me your details- ... please send me a love letter. (you get to know each other more)

I do not care who you are- I would like to help you improve as a player. (SERIOUSLY. Are you retarded to even write that part?)

... they are useless to me- they make me smile. (be nice and smile. People tend to like that more)

And I believe that if you want your players to respect you, respect them and speak to them in a appropriate manner.

Read this with a hint of sarcasm.

  2. Anon, are you here to teach him English? If you are then thats a great effort from you although not everyone of us would enhance friendship via blowjobs?

I agree that part of this post sounds abit military-like but I think his point here is to send a message that this team won't allow any prima dona wannabes and that every player is treated on EQUAL terms. In other words, NO player is bigger than the team. Everyone who is selected including Hazri is gonna pay a 'few' odd hundreds for that flight ticket to Sydney primarily to win a medal or two, then only for some sightseeing. Keep in mind that we're paying to play, not paying to play. Therefore you can't blame the man for trying to whip up some discipline on the players after countless efforts of calling and messaging people for training and friendlies, can you?

Anyways, I would suggest that you read through previous blog entries to try and understand how a dedicated and winning mentality looks before you contribute something like that.

  7. Anonymous,

My name is Anas and I am the captain for this year Queensland soccer (just another term for football) team.

Generally speaking, we do not plead for respect from the other players. All we want is for the players to respect the team. By that we will firmly stick to our principle that no one is bigger than the team as Jason stated on his comment.

What Hazri said is as clear as it gets. To sum it up in an appropriate manner, if you don’t turn up for training, you are less likely to represent MASCA. Does this sound more pleasant?

Note to all players, I have to give MASCA a list of 16 players for soccer and a further 16 players for the two futsal teams by 2nd of May. I would suggest that you guys attend our next training session. I am not being sarcastic on this one.

    Terima Kasih.

  8. Last year kenangan buruk...Kita host MASCA tapi team futsal kita yang tak cukup player, kalah group stage...komitmen komitmen, it was the worst case scenario.

Hopefully this year tak cam tu la. Aku yakin bakat ramai kat Brisbane nih, cuma perlu diasah dengan latihan dan disiplin. Boleh menang guys, team2 lain pun lebih kurang je sebenarnya...
